What is this application for?

What you'll need

  • ✓Recommendation from an existing Jamat Aamil Saab, OR the name and contact numbers of any 2 existing Jamat members (not blood relatives)
  • ✓Photocopy of Ration Card
  • ✓Photocopy of residence Electric Bill
  • ✓Photocopy of residence Rent Receipt Bill
  • ✓Current School/College report card and this year's fee card or letter
  • ✓The School/College Certification page, signed and stamped by the school/college authority (download it below)

A few rules

  • •Donation is paid directly to the School/College/Hospital by A/c Payee cheque only, never in cash to the applicant.
  • •Whether a donation is given, and how much, is entirely at the trustees' discretion.
  • •Forms for students who have failed their year will not be accepted.
  • •Incomplete forms, or forms missing the documents above, will not be accepted.
  • •For queries, contact us on working days only, between 3:00pm and 6:30pm.
